FAQ - How it Works

Do you offer delivery?

I'm sorry, we do not provide delivery. All items sold at the Joliet ReStore and online are to be picked up at our ReStore location at 1395 N. Larkin Ave., Joliet.

What is your return policy?
Because our prices are already greatly reduced and our funds support Habitat for Humanity, we do not accept returns once your merchandise has left our store.
However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase at the time of pick-up, you will be offered a refund or store credit. (It may take up to 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.)
What is the procedure?
  • Purchase your item online

  • You will have 3 working days to pick up your item(s)                                                                                              

  • Pick-up is located at the north end of our building. Enter through the orange cones.        

  • A Habitat team member will assist in loading your item. Please wear a mask and social distance as we will be doing the same.
