Do you offer delivery?

I'm sorry, we do not provide delivery. All items sold at the Joliet ReStore and online are to be picked up at our ReStore location at 1395 N. Larkin Ave., Joliet.

What is your return policy?
Because our prices are already greatly reduced and our funds support Habitat for Humanity, we do not accept returns once your merchandise has left our store.
 
However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase at the time of pick-up, you will be offered a refund or store credit. (It may take up to 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.)
What is the procedure?
  • Purchase your item online

  • Please schedule an online 30 minute time slot to pick up your items at 1395 N Larkin Ave. in Joliet.        

  • Pick-up is located at the north end of our building. Enter through the orange cones. Though we have scheduled 30 minute pick-up windows, you may need to wait a few minutes if someone is in front of you. We try our best to keep the line moving.

  • As a Covid-19 precaution, we ask that you stay in your car when you arrive and call 779-227-3922. A ReStore Team Member wearing gloves and a mask will have your items ready for you to inspect when you arrive.

  • Once you've approved the item, you will get back into your car and a ReStore Team Member will load you, unless you would prefer to load yourself.
